Cooking with microgreens is more about ideas than exact recipes. What ever you are making you can probably put microgreens on top. We like them on/in:
- sandwiches
- salads
- eggs/omelets
- soups
- wraps
- pizza
- stir fry
- smoothies
- burgers
- tacos
- brats
Microgreens are added after cooked foods are done as a topping rather than incorporated into a recipe before cooking. Microgreens will wilt like lettuce when cooked although they can be pureed and included in pestos.
