Amaranth is one of the most colorful and delicate microgreens. It is sprouted from the amaranth grain. Amaranth doesn’t like a lot of water. While you can harvest amaranth at 7 days, we usually let it grow a full 2 weeks. It has an earthly taste, like beets.
